Cheli Grace

Cheli Grace is a high-achieving professional speaker, published author, leader, manager and communicator having received numerous awards and accolades for her contributions to education, and her dedication in providing information throughout various platforms for others to become empowered.

Having well over 20 years of experience in leadership, management, and communication, she was one of the top principals in the Miami-Dade County Public School System, the fourth largest in the nation. Her operational budget was over $10 million dollars a year, while she provided leadership, and management to 150+ fulltime and part-time employees within a 60,000 square foot facility on two locations. She has been a trusted mentor and coach to numerous colleagues and employees helping them grow within the profession and was instrumental in partaking of several key advisory groups addressing dire business challenges of attracting and retaining top talent, succession management, and culture.

Her “high profile” career has afforded her the knowledge of understanding and navigating “behind the scenes” politics as she continuously dealt directly with City Mayors, Senators, Legislators, City Commissioners, and School Board Members as part of her high profile career.

A lifelong learner and voracious researcher, Cheli was attracted by the work of Carolyn Myss and enrolled in her CMED 2-year intensive program in which she worked closely with Carolyn and attained her certification as an Archetypal Consultant. She embodied this work into her daily leadership and communication style giving her an edge on creating a successful business and a balanced life.

An educator at heart, and passionate about helping others, she created her company Eduville, Inc., to address the school choice movement and options for parents. She appeared on numerous radio shows, magazines and podcasts all the while running the day-to-day operations of the school, being a mom to 2 school aged children, coaching and writing. Her coaching and consulting led her to write a book on communication which led to the creation of the 6-book SchoolTalk Success Series which she initiated, created, and brokered the 6-figure deal with Wiley. Because of the magnitude of the project she took on a co-author she continued speaking actively to groups and organizations which landed her a spot as an education expert on Fox News.

She attended the Executive Leadership Program at FIU School of Business which is ranked #1 in the US by HR.com for Executive Leadership Development. She was selected to attend a Leadership Training Program at Harvard University ,“Leadership an Evolving Vision”. She has an undergraduate degree from Barry University in Education, a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Computer Science and an advanced degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in which she was accepted and began to pursue her doctorate but left to open her company and write her books. In 2015, she attended the yearlong Executive Professional Coaching Program at the University of Miami.

Currently, she is the CEO & Founder of PowerUP! Performance a company that provides guidance and expertise through her Grace Performance System of coaching and consulting helping business owners and organizations increase productivity, streamline operations, and focus on long term results. Helping individuals and businesses embrace the new normal with increasedto sustainability, trust and transparency as we embrace a new world.

Cheli loves to spend time with her husband cooking, watching Netflix Series, playing golf, walking on the beach, traveling and hanging out with their growing blended family of 4 kids and soon to be 6 grandkids.

Shelley Devine

Shelley Devine has over a 20-year tenure in the fitness and wellness industry, and MMA world with a side hustle in marketing and branding on social media.

Shelley began her journey as co-owner of the Garden of Yoga, where she successfully up started, built out and managed all operations of her yoga and martial arts studio. This led to guest speaking appearances on alternative healing & stress management for today’s business leaders at the Annual NEAPS Conferences. After 911 she co-founded Yoga For Peace Boston, and was on the Board of Directors for Global Mala – Boston. Carving a new path to revolutionize women’s MMA, Shelley diligently sought out opportunities for female fighters to exhibit their talents by matchmaking (coordinating fights) for local promotion companies in New England. This came naturally for Shelley: being the recipient of Jujitsu America’s Ohana Award 2002, for her years of contributions to the martial arts style of Small Circle Jujitsu.

As a dynamic instructor and founder of Evolve Bootcamp, Shelley draws upon her martial arts, yoga and healing experience to inspire a “get hooked” attitude toward fitness. Since 2012, Evolve Bootcamp has been ranked on WGBH Boston A-List in the Top 4 of Boston’s Best Bootcamps, being the only year-round outdoor program in Boston! Bootcamper’s affectionately call her “Boss Lady” as she is known for delivering a sense of warmth, humor, friendliness, and spirit, along with butt kicking, hellishly, fun, filled workouts that encourage them to move beyond their comfort zone.

Shelley’s leadership experience & passion for excellence attracted companies including, Monster, Cambridge Savings Bank, Federal Reality and BAE Systems, where she created custom Corporate Wellness programs providing companies a holistic approach to health and wellness by offering on-site services to their employees giving them a competitive edge in recruiting and retaining talent. She is known for supporting and sponsoring athletes for various causes and has coached 100’s of clients, encouraging a team spirit, preparing their mind and body to participate in the Boston Marathon, various triathlon sprints and in obstacle racing including the Boston Ruckus, Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, and Tough Mudder.

As a fan and practitioner of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Shelley has a firsthand knowledge of the commitment and dedication required to develop the fighters’ edge: a fierce, no-quit attitude that creates and inspires champions. She received her blue Mongkol from Kru Mark DellaGrotte owner of the legendary Sityodtong Muay Thai & MMA Academy. She was trusted as the only female trainer working with both novice beginners and professional athletes. As a Usui Reiki Master and utilizing alternative healing modalities, she assisted veteran UFC, Strikeforce and Bellator fighters including Kenny Florian, Jorge Gurgel, Patrick Cote, Spencer Fischer, and Marcus Davis in injury recovery & energy restorative sessions during rigorous fight training camps.

Spending time abroad, she traveled to Thailand and Singapore where she furthered her studies in Muay Thai kickboxing and became certified in Thai Massage. Shelley taught self-healing techniques and group exercise alongside world renowned Master Trainer Kru Toy Sityodtong Sriwaralak at the elite Evolve MMA camp.

Expanding on her holistic experience she studied formerly at CMED with Caroline Myss earning a certification as an Archetypal Consultant, to help others find direction in their quality of life by identifying their intimate archetypes and to gain a greater understanding of the human soul to create life enforcing habits that cultivate personal transformation and joy.

As a well-established and published journalist highlighting the advancement of female athletes in combative sports, she has focused her writing skills and insight to become deeply involved in the inception and evolution of Women’s MMA. When she is not blazing unconventional trails, she still trains in Muay Thai Kickboxing and yoga, or you can find her hosting her podcast featuring the greatest female fighters on the planet at Evolve WMMA.

She loves spending time with her two children when they are home, interior design, photography, painting, gardening, travel, eating yummy food and sipping margaritas overlooking turquoise waters on a sunny beach.
